Welcome and introduction to the meeting's theme.
Brief recap of the year's activities.
Review of the Year:
Conduct a comprehensive review of the club's activities, events, and initiatives throughout the school year.
Discuss the challenges faced and overcome, as well as the successes achieved.
Encourage members to share their personal highlights.
Acknowledging Individual Efforts:
Take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of individual members.
Provide members with the opportunity to share their experiences and express gratitude for their contributions.
Consider creating a "Wall of Achievements" to visually showcase individual and collective accomplishments.
Club Awards:
Introduce and present club awards to recognize outstanding contributions, leadership, and dedication.
Categories may include "Most Dedicated Member," "Innovator of the Year," or any specific awards relevant to your club's activities.
Encourage members to applaud and congratulate award recipients.
